Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship across the United Kingdom. We don't offer international shipping just yet — if you're outside the UK and would like to order, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Processing & dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times UK orders are sent fully tracked and typically arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £59.95.
• Orders under £60: a flat tracked rate of £3.95

Shipping is always shown at checkout before you pay.

If something's out of stock, we make MORI in small batches, and occasionally demand outpaces our stock. If an item you've ordered is temporarily unavailable, we'll email you promptly with two options: a full refund, or keep your order and receive it in the next batch (with a thank-you discount for your patience). You'll never be left waiting without a choice.

Delivery issues. If your order arrives outside the times above, or a parcel is marked delivered but hasn't turned up, email us at hello@usehikari.com, and we'll put it right. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
